Tone Mapping Persona malfunction

The Apply and Cancel buttons have gone missing form Tone Mapping, making this Persona unusable. Have tried relaunching with ctrl held down and then clearing, but this did not help with the Tone Mapping, although it did restore two missing clipping control buttons that were no longer showing up in Develop Persona.
