I am new to affinity and need to set up some templates to scale. 

1. Anyone here can offer a one on one tutorial? Paid of course. 

2. I accidentally deleted the Arch presets from the New Document window. how do I restore. 

3. How do I set up specific page dimension that isn't available in the presets.
