  1. I've tried doing that, but the grid it gives me is not exactly subdivided equally. I've tried the other settings, but I don't know how to get it to make the spacing all perfectly equidistant. See attached image.
  2. I'm a Photoshop user and recently switched to Affinity. I am trying to apply a grid over a photo with all of the lines spaced equally. In other words, I want to be able to choose the number of subdivisions, ie quarters, eighths, etc. See attached image.
  3. Ahh....so, it's done with the guides manager, not the grid manager. Can the guides be stored as a preset?
  4. I'm trying to create a grid overlay of for an image. I want to be able to subdivide the grid into perfectly equal parts so that all of the subdivisions are the exact same aspect ratio as the image. The default grid setting seems to just superimpose a grid of squares regardless of the size/shape of my image. In Photoshop you can alter the grid size in terms of a percentage.
  5. I'm new to Affinity, but I've been using Photoshop for 20 years. With Affinity I can select part of an image, then copy and paste it to another image. In Photoshop you can do this by using the move tool to drag and drop it to the other photo. Is that method possible with Affinity?
