Per chiarire, ti riferisci alla funzione di Photoshop che consente di selezionare e trascinare i livelli dall'area di disegno di un'area di lavoro/documento a un'altra?
Per quanto ne so, questo non è attualmente possibile in Foto. In Foto è possibile trascinare i livelli evidenziati dal pannello livelli di un documento nell'area di disegno dell'altro documento, a condizione che entrambi i documenti siano fluttuanti come descritto, ma non selezionando gli oggetti sull'area di disegno e poi trascinandoli, in quanto ciò limiterà il movimento di tali oggetti solo a quel documento.

To clarify, are you referring to the function in Photoshop that allows you to select and drag layers from the canvas area in one workspace/document to another?
As far as i'm aware this isn't possible in Photo currently, In Photo you are able to drag highlighted layers from the layers panel from one document into the other document's canvas so long as both documents are floated as you describe but not by selecting the objects on the canvas and then dragging them over, this will restrict the movement of those objects to that document only.
