I began by creating a simple rounded rectangle(Rectangle1). The corners rounded correctly by single radius as well as individual corners from the toolbar at the top. Next I created a rectangle (Rectangle2) using the Rectangle tool with no rounded corners and then created an oval intersecting the top edge of the unrounded rectangle. I selected the oval and rectangle2 together, right clicked, Geometry, Divide. After dividing the objects I deleted the exterior portions of the oval outside of the rectangle. It was at this point that I discovered the corners that were created after the divide and delete could not be rounded using the Corner Tool. Corner Tool will recognize them as corner anchor points and will allow a corner style and size to be selected and will actually save; however, the corner itself will remain unchanged even after the changes are made. I was able to recreate this step using another rectangle (Rectangle3) at the other end of Rectangle2. I once again selected both shapes and divided and deleted the exterior parts at the overlap. The inside corners can be rounded using the Corner Tool; however, the corners at the overlap cannot be rounded. This used to work.

Corner Tool will not round corners that are added after a divide and delete.
