Registration Error in Beta

Same issue here. Didn't work yesterday on my personal computer. Doesn't work today on my work comupter either. I was trying to sign-in, as I already have an account, but choosing to register doesn't seem to make a difference.

Think I'm having the same issue in Designer (Windows 10), when I'm trying to do nondestructive subtraction. Of course, if I'm just missing something, please let me know.
