Text tool bug
in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Both the Artistic text tool and the Frame text tool are filling with a colored background (behind the text in the frame) when I go to use it. I first noticed this issue in V1 so I opened my project up in V2 (I'm still using both) and V2 had the same issue as well. I checked the text character panel to see if the text was being highlighted somehow and that wasn't the case. I'm going mad trying to figure out how to get it to go away! Please help!
