when trying to burn to disc to complete the action I need to I must unlock MPEG2, Dolby Digital audio encoding. I receiver an error message saying I cannot connect to the feature server (I am on line). When trying to manual unlocking it says contact Technical support. When clicking the link I arrive at this website. Can you please help. Thank you.
