I had the affinity suite before because I got disgusted with Adobe CC but the whole jfif thing drove me insane so I uninstalled it all, bought a new computer and caved in to Adobe and paying the $60 a month. Then I got disgusted with their ridiculous take over of resources on a computer and relying too much on the cloud (F**K THE CLOUD BTW: ALL OF IT) so I just purchased and installed Affinity Photo 2. This pathetic program won't even open or find a jpeg, jfif, or png! But it will find a .psd! Additionally, after restarting the computer, windows still won't give me the option of assigning the default to affinity. It does not even recognize it in my list of programs! Can someone help me or else I'm demanding a refund. Thanks. Oh, and PS, I refuse to f**k with my registry so if that's the only solution, it is total BS and don't bother. I own a media company for 25 years and have sold millions of books which are sold in major chains across the US and Canada. I learned graphic design and layout from pagemaker LOL. I simply cannot believe what BS we must go through these days to open industry standard files and work with them on a commercial level.
