I'm editing several photos in Photo 2. With only one of them, I can't create a new guide by dragging from the ruler. "View guides" is selected (1st screenshot), and I'm using the Move tool. I can create a new guide using "Guides..." in the View menu, but when I do, I can't drag it to a new position (2nd screenshot; cursor is hovering over guide in ruler but it hasn't change to a 2-way arrow cursor). I'm not having any trouble with this in the other photos I'm working with (3rd screenshot - lots of guides, 2-way arrow shows I can reposition them). I've quit and restarted the program, and restarted my computer. My version of Photo 2 is up to date. I'm using Photo 2 for Mac desktop.
Anyone have any idea what I'm missing or what the problem is here?

Ha - that did it. Thanks! I have no idea how I locked guides. It's just been one of those days, I guess. Cheers.
