Win 11 Aff. Photo. square brackets do not work, now i changed to Strg + 1, Strg + 2, seems to work

The shortcuts to change bruh sizes (originally [ ]) do not work. Changed them in the settings menu to Alt +1. Alt+2 , didn't work neither. Just boring for the workflow!

Can't recover Bibliothek and Macros, All other Studio windows are fine. What to Do?
