Thank for the confirmation. Does affinity photo plan to add support for the r8 with serif labs in the near future? -
I have a Canon EOS R8 and am having a problem. When I try and preview the .cr3 raw files on my Mac which is running iOS Ventura 13.3.1 affinity nor Mac will show me a preview of the the photo. Instead it only shows me the affinity file icon. This makes it near impossible for me to know which photo I want to edit without opening each photo up separately in affinity photo. Affinity photo does open the .cr3 file, however I am opening them blind and do not know which photo I'm opening since I can't preview them. I am using V2.

Yeah I understand. I converted it to dng and it opened. Just frustrating that affinity claims that it supports it but actually it doesn’t. Thanks for the help.

Using on Mac and using Serif Labs raw engine. Why should I have to convert it to DNG when Serif labs says it supports go hero 10? I have attached the .GPR file. GOPR0045.GPR

I have affinity photo 2 and am trying to open my .Gpr raw file from my hero 10 black but affinity seems to not recognize it. Serif labs states that hero 10 raw is supported. Am I missing something? My go pro has the .Gpr and .jpeg file side by side, Gpr file is smaller in size compared to the jpeg which doesn’t make sense unless the go pro does something special and embeds the Gpr file into the jpeg? Surly not.
