  1. Many thanks solved my problem of adding the apps as external PSD & SVG editors in CTA5. The affinity photo2 works just fine but the designer dosent seem to synchronise well with CTA5. Again thanks plenty
  2. I have been able to set up the affinity photo2 and desginer2 as the external PSD and vector editing apps in Cartoon animator5. The affinity photo2 work very well and objects are very well synchronised between the two apps. The problem: That dosent seem to happen with designer2 app. The designer app starts ok from cartoon animator5 but does not transfer the object to CTA5 when either saved as native affinity file format or exported as SVG file. The syn between the affinity designer and CTA5 dosent seem to work Any ideas on how to sort this?
  3. I am new to the forum. does affinity/serif have any technical support for users? if yes how can i access this support?
  4. dont know if this is a bug ...... but a major problem i need support on I had affinity designer2, photo2 and publisher2 all installed on windows laptop and working fine. However today and suddenly the application could not load any object and or even create a new document. This applies to all the 3 applications. Note the apps start ok but cannot go to the next step I have uninstalled all the 3 apps, restarted my system and reinstalled the .exe version of apps and still cannot get the apps to load objects or open new document. Has anybody experienced this and how can I resolve this?
  5. I have just installed the full version of affinity apps on my laptop but find it difficult to locate the exe files needed to be added in order to define the affinity apps as default PSD and SVG plugins in Cartoon animator 5. Can somebody help me here please Chukz
