Sorry for the delay, I relied on notifications and this didn't come through. I am running Ventura 13.2.1 and ahhhhh you might have solved it. The application loaded on the dock is the one I am having and issue with but reading between the your lines I now opened it from the Launchpad and it is the updated version. Thank you Walt, your a star.

Hi, this may have already been raised and if so could you be so kind as to link me to the chat that covers this. I try and get the updates via the Affinity Photo 2 and the following comment comes up and I cannot access the upgrades. Affinity Photo 2 can’t be updated if it’s running from the location it was downloaded to. Any advice would be appreciated.
