Images missing when exporting to PDF, Affinity Designer 1

benteach posted a topic in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have a document with a rasterised image as the background. When attempting to export to PDF 1.7, colour profile CMYK & Coated FOGRA30, parts of the image are always missing. Repeated exports show different elements of the photo missing - it's never the same, and never complete. What am I missing?
