  1. I am going to assume that there was some issue due to the document I was working on was opened from an Adobe Illustrator file. When I cut and pasted the art from that document into one that I created from Designer, the stroke shows up just fine.
  2. Hmmm... there must be something wrong with the way I approached something. I just tried creating a new document... and the stroke function worked fine. However, when I copied an pasted the same object into the doc I had been working on... it lost its stroke attribute. Time to play detective, I guess.
  3. I have the same issue with the stroke not appearing. I'm a long time Illustrator user (36 years), and am retiring from freelance work. I do NOT want to keep my Adobe CC subscription... way too costly... to do the occasional little project for myself or friends/famiily. I'm exploring the Affinity suite with the 30-day free trial too see how they compare, just downloaded it yesterday. So far I like Designer... but ran into the stroke issue. I've checked everything already mentioned in this thread... opacity, Draw Stroke Behind fill, etc. Everything seems like it should work, but it doesn't. Any ideas?
