Where is the activation tab?（multi-user licence）

I am a Japanese user. mac OS Ventura 13.2 Affinity V2 Universal License (Multi-user) 2.0.4 I'm trying to launch an app on my company mac with a shared key. The tab to enter the key does not appear. How can I get this screen to appear? I will try to attach two images.
