Can't activate V2 on windows

Gordon78 posted a topic in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I purchased the universal license and I can't seem to activate it on my windows machine. It just says cannot connect to server. Are there issues? are there ip addresses I need to allow? Very frustrating not being able use the software! Thanks
