  1. Hi, My husband purchased the Universal License for me but used his email instead of mine. AndI already have a trial version installed in my ipad and mac pro couple of days ago. On app startup, when we enter his Affinity ID/Email and password to verify the licence it prompted us with a messages “ Cannot verify your licence or cannot connect to server”. Its now day two an still couldnt use the paid version we paid for! Seems like my devices are linked/registered to my email address and wont acknowledge the paid version using my husband email. Didn’t realise that installing paid version is this painful! Any advise how to resolve this? Thanks in advance. regards, Rhea
