Photo 2.0.0 crash immediately on opening

I purchased the Affinity 2 suite in November 2022. I used Photo a few times and it worked well. For some reason it is now crashing within a few seconds of opening, now allowing me time to do anything. I've rebooted my computer a few times. Designer seems to still work fine.

Windows 10 Enterprise

i7-8650U 32GB RAM Dell Latitude 7490 laptop
