Hello, I’m wondering if a Serif team member can help me here?
I like the Affinity products but unfortunately needed to return them as they do not meet the full requirements of what I need for my work.
I submitted an email to affinityreturns@serif.com and have not received a response back. I see that you have a 14 day return policy and I’m worried that that 14 days is about to pass or has already passed. I submitted the return request a day or two after I purchased a Universal License for V2.
Please advise on how to proceed. I can of course provide the license number, email correspondence/request, and any other information as needed.
