The right side groups with color wheel and brushes

in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I am about to lose my mind. I have tried reset to factory default no luck. The tab button. I cannot get them back. Can someone please help I need the color wheel and brushes and layers back on the right side
