Well, at least in my workflow I don't use default settings that I apply to every picture, so this is no solution for me. I don't think it would be hard to implement a feature to save the settings. For me it would also be okay if I could save the settings to a file manually. I just don't want to have an even bigger copy of every raw file I edited...
