Oh, you're right, Pšenda. So, only the icon size seems to be fixed. Its transparency is still buggy. Compare it to the icon of the Remote Desktop App (the red circle). It is bigger now, but still has a gray background. Same behavior here.

It seems to be OK now. It is still the same version of Affinity Publisher (2.0.4). Maybe a Windows Update fixed it. (Now only the Remote Desktop icon on the left is wrong. But even this icon looks different, it is bigger now.)

See screenshot, I found another app with the buggy behavior. It is the app "Remotedesktop" (from the Microsoft Store). Manufacturer is ... Micorsoft. (Well, they should actually know … 🙂)

The behavior is exactly the same for me. Both on my laptop (FullHD or 4K) and on my desktop PC (4K). Scaling is at 150% in both cases. Everything is fine in dark mode. Only the Affinity Publisher 2 icon is affected.
