Installation Files for Affinity V2

I purchased the Affinity v2 Suite on December 26, 2022 but unable to install the apps due to .msix format. My computer does not recognize that format. I need a .exe file or whatever format installs on a Windows 8 platform. Lillian Santos Order #BY1DKL10YM
