Version 2 (V2) Doesn't Have Language Support for Indic Languages—Devanagari, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Odia, Bengali, Etc.

I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for this for years now and am starting to lose hope... Publisher would be such an amazing product if it had proper Indic language support.
