Missing Menus
in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I just purchased Affinity Designer II and I have a problem with the top menu. Currently the top menu displays; File, Edit, Text, Layer, Select, View, Windows, and Help. I am missing "Document", "Arrange", and "Filters". How do I add these to the menu?
