      These are the screenshots

  The screen has your trial has expired so then i go to I already have affinity 2 photo or Universal Licence.

  From here it says your current licence has expired please re enter ID and password so do that and then it goes to the same screen again ( Your trial has expired purchase now) 

  It just around in a loop 

  I have paid for affinity photo but cannot get out of this trail

    I gave the affinity two photo a 30 day trail but in between that trial have purchased it 

    Go the logo click it and it then opens it to trail expired purchase now 

    Ive already purchased it and aren't rebuying it 

   If its in the system when is it not recognising the version that is paid for 

   There is some confusion somewhere and want to clear it up thanks
