Update: after deleting / reinstalling the app + trying to log in without success for nearly an hour, the "My Account..." page in both Affinity Photo 2 and Designer 2 now shows that I'm already logged in. This seems to be automatic without me doing anything on my part, so I guess the entire issue has something to do with delayed system sync? Anyway, I'm glad that I can finally start enjoying the apps.
  2. The same problem has happened to me on MacOS. I just purchased the V2 universal license and am unable to log in - after entering my email address and password and clicking the sign in button nothing happens. This needs to be fixed. I've been a user since V1 and this has never happened before.
