I keep getting "unable to open file" when trying to roundtrip from Capture One. The TIFF is being created, and I can see it...but Affinity Photo v2.0.3, but it was working before with v2.0.
Anyone able to help me resolve this? Otherwise Affinity will be useless for my workflow.

After restarting both programs, it appears to be working correctly again. Thanks.
