Hi all I have been using AF Photo V2 for a few months now and never had issues. But for the past week the app is crashing when I go to export the finished image. It is now happening every second time i need to edit an image. I am not computer savvy so really dont know how to fix this. I heard from this forum somewhere that it could be fixed by unchecking the "enable OpenCL compute acceleraton" and it did fix the crashing for a bit but starting crashing again just an hour later. I use AF Photo 2 on a laptop running Windows 10 and have more than enough RAM on the drive. Any help would be appreciated. cheers

Hello everyone! a total newbe here. I am hoping someone can tell me what the difference is when "opening a file" or "placing a file" in Affinity Photo. I just want to open and edit jpeg files and export them. Not up to working with layers yet. I'm really just wanting to find out the best way to import an image. I have read that you can Open or place a file but not sure what the best option is? thanks for reading!

Hi there, I just installed Affinity Photo V2 today, and when I click on "Export" I don't get the little colourfull icons representing the different file types to export in. When I look at videos on how to export files, everyone else gets the file icons in the window? any help would be most appreciated. cheers
