[Affinity Publisher 2.0 Personas not detecting my downloaded software]

Hello,

I am very stumped by this, I try to use the designer persona within publisher but I keep recieving this :

 

I have both designer 2 and photo 2 installed. I have been using all 3 software all day long yesterday, but publisher cannot detect the other two licenses. Any help on this would be great. Here is what I have done so far.

1. Opened all 3 software
2. Confirmed my account is logged in to all 3
3. Restarted my software and computer.

I am also unable to send files from one software to another in 2.0. The options to "Edit it" are grayed out
