[Eraser not completely erasing]

Looks like I had "wet edges" selected. Unchecked and it's working correctly. I don't remember selecting wet edges to begin with. Maybe selecting a watercolor brush caused that to be selected?

I'm trying to set the eraser to completely erase what I just drew. I drew a small squiggle here with a watercolor brush. Then switch to eraser. Make sure a basic brush is selected, opacity, flow, hardness all 100% and try to erase but you can see it's erasing at like 75% opacity or perhaps with the watercolor brush still. Any ideas?
