I'm extremely frustrated. I am using the free trial and at this point will not be buying it but hoping someone has a fix. I downloaded and installed it and was able to use it a couple times now it will not open at all, I have gotten to the sign in and past the buy or continue trial but then nothing, it flat out won't open. I also can't create a desktop shortcut or anything?! Please someone tell me how to fix this!

I just checked, no there are no crash reports. I have emailed support and waiting to hear back.
