Recently I got a new computer, and I isntalled Affinity on it like I have on many of my other computers. But whenever I sign into the app it immediately signs me out without an error or anything else. I've tried to reinstall the app but that hasn't worked.

If I buy Affinity Designer through the Microsoft Store is there any way I can get it on MacOS as well, without buying it directly from Affinity or buying it again?
