Just tested this with the same files and seperations seems to be oké with the PDF Passthrough to Interpret. Lets nee this week if this files the issue. Thanks for now.

We have a good pdf with proper black color separation. We place this in Publisher then create a pdf with the same settings. The black separation of the pdf is no longer correct and has become FC???? When the eps of the same logo is placed it goes ok.... Always was bin an issue with Affitnity also in earlyer versions. HHB bloks A5.pdf

Same here on eps and ai files. Very tricky this bug!

Good to see it is noticed. Same probleem here with native placed .ai logo's. On the miniature of the page you can still see the logo but not on the page itself...
