Cannot open heic files
in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

In my prior version of Affinity this was not a problem. I upgraded last week and now cannot open heic photos, which is what my iphone shoots in. I have had to return to the first version in order to access any photos I am now shooting. Please advise. Thank you so much!
