I did not notice that. If you open a file in AP2 'My Account' is no longer greyed out!

Thanks to walt I now have a licence for AffPhoto2 but the 'My account' option is still greyed out - see attached image.

Succeeded to register AffPhoto2 using option 2 above. I now have a license for AppPhoto2 thanks to you. The top-left menu 'My Account' is still greyed out however. Any idea why that is? Thank you very much for your help.

Don't see an option for 'Deactivate this device' or 'Buy again' in AffPhoto 2.

How do I do that?

Already followed this advice and got nowhere. The problem is that ‘My Account…’ menu in Affinity Photo 2 is greyed out.

I purchased Affinity Photo 2 from the App Store on 11 November and am still unable to activate the app.

The ‘My Account…’ menu in Affinity Photo 2 is greyed out so I can’t see whether the app is activated or not.

I am also able to use Affinity Photo 2 but will it continue to work after the 30 day trial period?!

 

My Affinity ID and Password are working perfectly for the original Affinity Photo.

I am therefore able to access my account where I read that 'You currently have no Affinity V2 licences' !!
