Some extensions missing when working from Apple Photo with Affinity Photo 2 installed in macOS Ventura

From Apple Photos I would like to use various extensions, but the only one that appears is to edit in Affinity Photo 2. I clicked the Circle ellipsis, gone into System Settings, and also tried to add extenstions in Affinity Photo 2 settings. No options to check or change appear. What is the secret to making this work with macOS 13.0.1 (22A400) ?
