Ah.. I should probably return it and ask for a refund. I only own windows 8 how unfortunate. I appreciate the help.

Okay I understand that, but when I try to download from the account the V2 it gives me a blank .msix file that I can't open.

I followed the instructions and guides as much as possible, I also bought it from the site so my product key should be accessible though my account right? It keeps telling me to make a Affinity ID but the application itself asks for a product key. So I try entering the trial to see if I can access my account through there because there isn't any clear instruction on where to activate my affinity ID and I already checked my email and account ten times over. I'm not getting access to my product key either that or I'm not looking in the right place. Please help.
