[saved photos not .jpg and not usable]

I just purchased the new Affinity Photo 2 and really like it, but when I save a photo it is saved with the ending    .sfphoto and not .jpg

This .afphoto is not usable 

 

How can I avoid the .afphoto and save as a usable photo with ending    .jpg. ??

[Can't open downloaded new version 2]

I have downloaded the new version 2 of all the applications and it came down to my Mac as:  "Affinity-designer-2.0.0 msix

My Mac will not open the file so that I can install it.
