[Offline no program START with Affinity Photo2 (Designer2. Publisher2)]

Hello and good day,

I spontaneously bought a universal licence for the Affinity package on 10.11.2022,
installed Affinity-Photo, -Designer and -Publisher,
entered my mail address and password
and activated the programmes.

Now I am faced with the problem that the PC must always be online to start the programmes,
because without an Internet connection the programmes are stuck in the initialisation phase when they start
(see attachment).

After reading the "Types of licences for Affinity products" I now have the idea,
that I need individual licence numbers for each of the programmes,
as I know it from the predecessors of the first version -
they were registered once and then I could start them offline.

Is there a way to handle the universal licence,
so that I can *launch the programmes without an internet connection*,
or
how do I get the individual product licences now, as there were for the previous programmes?

I need to be able to launch the Affinity programmes offline,
otherwise they are useless for me 😐
