So I've been trialling Publisher and Photo for personal use, mostly due to the fact that I'm getting fed up with Adobe's extortionate pricing.
I also run an architectural practice and we have often used Illustrator to 'render' our drawings using photo real material representations. Another opportunity has come up to do this on an important project and so we downloaded a trial of Designer, thinking that (as with Photo) we'd not notice a huge amount of difference between it and Illustrator. Why on earth is there no import export of the world's most common CAD format??

will affinity designer 2 add DWG export? 
Ive noticed the DWG import feature.  which is nice. but DWG export would be a game changer for many out there.  
the ability to design in affinity designer 2 and export DWG would be huge.  then I could easily import that into Shapr 3d app on my ipad. and extrude and use those designs in a 3d context.  please make this feature available soon. or an alternative that would allow direct import into Shapr 3d.   thanks

It's great to see that there is now some compatibility with dxf/dwg formats. 
Any idea when Affinity Designer will be able to EXPORT dxf/dwg files? For us, this is really important and a massive frustrating. Indeed, it's been a massive frustration for *years*...
