  1. I'd be happy if I could delete more than one color at a time, but now with all the Canva millions in the bank, you could hire a rocket scientist.
  2. Well, but now someone could say V3 doesn't exist yet, just a thought.
  3. I assume that the period for keeping promises will be rather shorter than longer. Just a feeling.
  4. @Ash Well then, thanks for the very late reply (the Affinity Canva pledge could just as easily have been communicated yesterday with the merger announcement). But let's see what the near future brings (a lot has been promised in the past in similar situations and circumstances of other companies, and in the end it turned out differently), I remain cautious, my wallet remains in my pocket for the time being.
  5. It is very difficult to remain positive here when you look at the history of small companies being taken over by large companies. Ash can talk all he wants, but Serif has been taken over, so in the end it's what the Canva boss says and does that counts. It's possible that nothing will change in the near future, but what about in six months or a year? So, I probably won't be spending any more money on plugins and the like in the near future. My hopes are not too high.
  6. Did it ever end well for a small company that was swallowed up by a big company, I don't think so. Oh, boy. Things will probably go downhill from v3 onwards.
  7. +1 And four years later, i still wish i had this option (it can't be that difficult adding this). I've wanted this option since version 1.0.0, it's soooo tedious to delete 10, 20 or maybe even more colors. It's often quicker to simply create a new palette. Being able to delete more than one color swatch at a time would be really a great timesaver.
  8. This is really a big issue in isometric illustrations – there are gaps everywhere. It almost looks as if the objects have contours, but they don't. Unfortunately, the tip above didn't really help.
  9. Does Affinity Designer 2 again offer no possibility to change metadata? So you have to open the Affinity Designer 2 document again in Affinity Publisher 2 (like back then in V1), enter or change metadata (author, title, …), save and open the document again in Affinity Designer 2?
  10. Well, everyone (from Serif’s point of view) should probably buy V2 then, otherwise there's no more working in a team. That's not really customer-friendly, so V1 is really dead now. But you have to say that the reduced price (currently) is really fair and a no-brainer when you consider the cost of the market leader. But of course it is also understandable that not everyone wants or can upgrade to the new version. So, yeah backwards compatibility would be good to have.
  11. If someone selects an object on the canvas and then double-clicks the object color in the swatches window and makes some changes to that color, the changes are not immediately reflected on the selected object and in the swatches window color icon. The color change only becomes active as soon as the color slider (color wheel) gets closed. This bug happens in all 3 V2 apps and in all documents no matter if old V1 document or new V2 document. macOS 13.0.1, Affinity Designer, Photo, Publisher 2.0.0
