I think I am faster, when I ask a quick question here:

Is there an option in the Affinity suite to use components as we know it from Figma. So, when you edit a "master" component the changes will be applied to the children?

I heard there are options called

• assets
• constrains

Figured out, that Kaspersky Internet Security is blocking the communication.
When I turn it off, Affinity is able to connect to the Affinity-Servers.

-> A message that says "Affinity Publisher/Photo/Designer cannot communicate to the Affinity-Servers." might be helpful. 😀

[Option to choose installation path and version for Linux]

Figured out that there is an option to move the contents of the application later via the Windows Application Settings screen.

Nevertheless I'd prefer a normal installer than the extremely limited Windows Application Installer way.
I think the more convenience we will put into anything the more limitations we will reach. This is not what we should pursue but intelligent humans that know what they are doing and who know and understand how computers work.

Starting one application after the other - tried it. Any application gets stuck at the same "point".

What I haven't tried yet: Uninstalling, clearing all AppData-Folders like "locallow" and "roaming" and the other one and trying a clean new installation. Although I doubt that this method will help.

I installed and registered my three new Version 2 programmes yesterday.
I also had the chance to work with them, yesterday.

This evening 11/11/22 I wanted to play a bit with them and they do not initialize. They do not load fully.

Yesterday, no problems. Today it occurred. I know that I installed Windows Updates.
