  1. How do I set a specific style for footnotes - e.g. the number should be super vs. subscript. a specific font and size?
  2. I have 2 text boxes. How do I insert a cross reference in text box 2 to an item/mark (e.g. footnote) in text box 1?
  3. If my only use it writing/publishing a book (i.e. not laying out magazine or web pages) is there any functionality in Designer that's not already in Publisher that I might find useful? How long is the 40% off sale until?
  4. Cool thx! Worked for me without naming the frames btw - HOW do I name the frames?
  5. Agreed they did a great job this version However, re: moving footnote - I see the options of placement, but is there any way to freely move it to an arbitrary place outside of the 4 choices given
  6. In Affinity Publisher 2 I'm looking to create 2 text boxes on each page (top and bottom). Being a book, each side of the page (left and right) needs a different text box placement (to allow for binding) I see how to create facing master pages (left and right) , and to link so that left-top frame flows into right-top, and left-bottom flows into right-bottom Thus, if the left side is page 1, text from the page1 top frame will flow into the page 2 top frame, and P1bottom into P2bottom. Q - how do I set it up so that when page 2 frames overflow - they (a) automatically create new pages with that same master page setup and (b) the text from P2top flows into P3top, and P2bottom into P3bottom + P3top into P4top, P3bottom into P4bottom, P4 - P5, etc , etc? thx
  7. In Affinity Publisher v2 - can you freely move the location of the footnote text frame dis-attaching from the main body text frame? Also - any way to create a cross reference between 2 regular text frame, and show reference # whos numbers increment? btw - nice job on the footnotes in v2!
  8. Bumping this thread. As I'm thinking of buying Affinity Publisher 2 but need RTL ability
