Hey I have the same problem. I use Adobe Bridge from where I used to jump to affinity photo. Now Affinity is not installed in standard way and the Adobe Bridge need to admin access which can not be done of course. It's fluctuating.... I have a lot of DNG files that are very slow to load preview outside of Adobe Bridge. The link to open from Adobe to Affinity is very important to me. :((((
