This was a seriously frustrating issue. Stops production in its tracks! I went ahead and bought the whole suite because I wanted photo. It is worth the investment, i believe. Compare this to other programs I can't see where you'll do any better. I thought, though, it was ironic that after a few years of work it glitches 3 days before a new release!! But what did I want? A freebie? Anyhow bite the bullet get the update if you're able!! Good luck and happy creating, everyone!

I'm having the same exact trouble!! Windows 11. I've deleted and reinstalled publisher and cleaned up my computer still won't let me add a master page.
