I apologize for the delay. I've been away. I sincerely thank you both for reaching out! I also have to apologize again because I did uncheck Hardware Acceleration before I reached out, but evidently it went back to the previous settings after it was reopened. I have unchecked it again and so far all is working fairly well. Anyone else that has this problem, double check to make sure Hardware Acceleration stays unchecked. Thanks again!

Almost every time I have a photo that is poorer quality and I try to Resize Document (under Document tab; Bicubic with Resample checked), it 1) either crashes or 2) moves slow, and if I run a High Pass filter on it, then it crashes. I have tried several of the other "crash fixes" with no luck. I am unable to get any work done. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!
