I found out that by turning off hover preview effects on pencil settings, everything works as before. So hover is definitely the culprit here

I think the new hover feature is messing things up

Also having trouble editing text fields, adding points to curves, and many other things. It’s become unusable in the M2 ipad pro. Please fix it soon

I recently got an M2 ipad pro and I just can’e enter groups by doble taping with the pencil. I also have my 2018 ipad pro and it does edit groups with double pencil tap. Why are the different? How can I enter now the group to move objects inside?
